Neighborhood leaders and elected officers gathered Friday afternoon to disclose new “Coming into Julian” and “Worldwide Darkish Sky Neighborhood” indicators that can be put in alongside State Route 78 and State Route 79, to assist encourage extra stargazers, guests and customers to eating places and companies positioned within the East County city.
