Nationwide Newspaper Publishers Affiliation (NNPA) President and CEO Dr. Benjamin F. Chavis Jr. has acquired the President Joseph R. Biden Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award for Group Service and Civil Rights.
Dr. Chavis acquired the award throughout a ceremony at Morehouse School in Atlanta.
“On behalf of the NNPA and the Thurgood Marshall Middle Belief, in addition to on behalf of all my fellow Civil Rights Motion comrades who have been current on the President Joe Biden 2022 Lifetime Achievement Awards on the campus of the historic Morehouse School in Atlanta, I categorical my profound gratitude to President Biden and Vice President Harris,” Dr. Chavis remarked.

Over 80 people are receiving awards from President Biden this yr at ceremonies held at North Carolina Central College in Durham, the Elks Lodge in Delray Seashore, Fla., and Morehouse School.
