A diver who was discovered useless after being reported lacking close to Santa Catalina Island was recognized Saturday.
The Los Angeles County Coroner’s workplace named Justin Hoang, 42, because the deceased diver.
“The dive vessel Cee Ray contacted Sector Los Angeles-Lengthy Seashore watchstanders utilizing VHF Channel 16 at 2:10 a.m. (Monday) to report a lacking diver,” the U.S. Coast Guard mentioned in an announcement.
